Bachelor's in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying 8-12+ years experience in materials measurement / QS / BOQ for civil construction projects Proficient in AutoCAD, PlanSwift / Bluebeam / CostX / Glodon / Excel (advanced formulas) Strong knowledge of international measurement standards (CESMM, POMI) and UAE local standards Able to work independently and lead a small measurement team
