Issuance of an exit permit in case the passport is lost
1- Sponsored passport or travel document from the embassy or consulate
2- Loss letter from the police

Issuance of a type of exit permit (violator of an entry permit or residency visa)

In case of issuing an exit permit for a newborn:
1- Personal presence of the father
2- Submit the application to the service officer

Terms And Conditions

In case of issuing an exit permit for the newborn
1- In case that the husband is outside the country, the customer must bring a power of attorney certified by the husband (father), who does not mind the child traveling outside the UAE
2- In case of separation, bring the divorce certificate and the custody ruling for whoever has custody, whether the mother or the father.
Issuing exit permits for violators and inserting an eye print:
3- In case the absence of the original passport, a travel document is required from the consulate.
